Eligibility

Unused, unwashed items with original tags and packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at support@form-0.com with your order number.
2. We will provide return instructions and shipping details.
3. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and items must be returned in original condition.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please mention this in your email and we will guide you through the process.
